Shipping Administrator
Rugby
£28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (early Friday finish)
12-month maternity cover
We're looking for a Shipping Administrator who's got the right experience, lives locally to Rugby and is easy to get along with.
This is a 12-month maternity cover role, but you'll be a key part of the team from day one.
What's the job?
You'll be doing all the usual admin tasks so answering phones, managing paperwork, supporting the office but the key part of your role will be shipping.
We're looking for someone who has handled shipping directly, including:
Creating and managing customs documentation
Dealing directly with carriers, couriers, and forwarders
Not just someone who's worked through a brokerWhat we need from you:
Proven, hands on shipping experience (customs paperwork is a must)
Friendly and easy to work with as team fit is important
Live locally to Rugby
Comfortable with day-to-day admin and phone work
Available for a 12-month contract.What you'll get:
