Shipping Coordinator
Up to £26,500 (depending on experience)
Full Time, Permanent
Marlborough, Wiltshire (onsite)
Are you an enthusiastic and proactive logistics professional ready to take on a new and exciting challenge? Do you have experience in goods-in and managing complex logistics? If so, we want to hear from you!
Based in Marlborough , this is a critical role where you will be instrumental in delivering excellent client service, managing client deliveries, coordinating courier collections, and managing general stock movement.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and creating al required documentation for UK, EU, US and ROW shipments
Coordinating collections of client orders and components directly from suppliers.
Monitoring and resolving shipment issues, including delays, damages, and customs or delivery problems.
Maintaining current compliance with all import and export regulations.
Controlling inventory of shipping consumables.
Supporting movement or stock, goods in and out.
Handling all inbound deliveries, receiving, unpacking, checking supplier deliveries, and notifying relevant teams.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in shipping logistics
Good knowledge of stock control and experience with products and components.
Good attention to detail when working with fragile stock.
Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and/or shift working hours as required.
Please note, there is an element of heavy lifting involved in this role.
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with occasional opportunities for overtime!
