This is a Shop Manager role where you’re building your own setup – not walking into someone else’s!

Your responsibilities as Shop Manager

Oversee the full day-to-day running of the retail shop
Drive sales, footfall, and repeat customer visits
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and shop presentation
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Coordinate and support click & collect operations
Work closely with the butchery team to ensure product quality and availability
What we’re looking for in a Shop Manager

Previous experience in retail management (food retail, farm shop, or similar)
Strong understanding of driving sales and commercial performance
Experience managing stock, merchandising, and shop standards
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
Confidence working in a hands-on retail environment
Working hours
 Tuesday–Saturday, 7/8am–5pm, plus occasional Sunday
