Shopper Marketing Assistant

Bracknell, Berkshire (Minimum 4 Days Per Week Onsite)
£18.07 - £20.34
Initial 12-Month Contract | Potential for Extension

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of shopper activation plans across a portfolio of leading consumer brands. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to shopper marketing, sales, eCommerce, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Working closely with the Shopper Marketing team, Data Analyst Lead, eCommerce Specialist and Sales function, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across key retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Shopper Channel Calendar, ensuring all marketing activations are accurately planned and kept up to date.
Support the Shopper Marketing team with campaign development, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to ensure successful delivery of shopper marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors on in-store and online activation plans, including POS design, artwork development, planograms, and merchandising support.
Manage marketing assets, ensuring materials are distributed effectively to retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct in-store competitor and category research to identify market trends, opportunities, and best-in-class execution.
Prepare and analyse reports using internal and external data sources to monitor brand and competitor activity.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the wider Shopper Marketing team.
Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, including creation, tracking, confirmation, and reconciliation.

Skills & Experience

Strong Excel skills are essential.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Previous experience in marketing, retail, FMCG, sales support, or a similar coordination role would be advantageous.
