Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to join a market-leading brand in the luxury leisure industry.
Our client is a well-established, family-run business and a recognised leader in the sale of premium hot tubs and swim spas. With multiple showrooms across the South of England, they are passionate about providing exceptional products and outstanding customer service.
The Role
Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Store Manager to lead the team at the Worthing megastore showroom. You will manage all aspects of showroom performance, including sales, merchandising, customer experience, and staff supervision.
This is a hands-on sales role, where you’ll be expected to maximise every opportunity — from in-store consultations and sales follow-ups to home visits and end-to-end customer management.
This is our clients “Flagship Store”, the largest within the group and with the largest selections of pools and spas.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving sales of luxury hot tubs, swim spas, and accessories
Following up on leads and converting enquiries into sales
Conducting home access visits prior to installation
Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Managing and motivating a small sales team
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to installation
You will initially spend time working across the company’s six showrooms and head office to learn the business and products before taking full responsibility for your own site. Occasional travel to customer homes and other stores will be required (expenses covered).
About You
They are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused individual with proven experience in sales management and a passion for delivering results.
Essential skills & experience:
Successful track record in sales, achieving and exceeding targets
Experience selling high-value products (e.g. vehicles, conservatories, or luxury goods) preferred
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Capable of managing a busy sales pipeline and working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and business use insurance
Willingness to work weekends, attend shows, provide cover at other stores, and travel for training or meetings

The Package
Up to £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £45,000–£55,000
