Showroom Manager – Leeds (New Store Opening August)
£40,000 – £50,000 Basic + Commission + Company Bonus (OTE £55,000 - £65,000)
Full-Time | 37.5 hours

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, retail brand redefining furniture shopping - where fashion meets home.

This is not your typical showroom. Think immersive spaces, music, scent, and a relaxed, social atmosphere complete with a bar. Add next-day delivery, and it’s a completely new customer experience.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you’ll lead from the front - creating a high-energy environment where customers feel inspired and your team thrives.

You’ll drive sales, coach a team of Sales staff, and deliver a seamless, consultative customer journey. From hitting targets to hosting in-store events and maintaining standout visual standards, you’ll own every aspect of the showroom.
