Position: Showroom Manager Location: Islington, London (Just 7 minutes from Farringdon train station) Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £35,000 annually Your Role: As the Showroom Manager, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients and team members alike! Key Responsibilities - Customer Experience: Be the shining example of client tours, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with our sales team and dealers to craft unforgettable experiences for strategic visits.Operations Management: Maintain showroom standards and oversee the integrity of our product displays. Administer conference and office space reservations, catering requests, and AV setups.Team Coordination: Liaise with relevant stakeholders to enhance the client experience at our showroom. Manage facility issues and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.Administrative Support: Handle mail, manage accounts payable processes, and provide essential administrative assistance. Organise and maintain the Surface Materials library, ensuring timely requests for dealers and clients. What We're Looking For: A business degree or relevant qualification, or a prior experience in a customer-facing sales role. A warm, gracious demeanour that shines through in every interaction. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage with all levels of the organisation. A self-starter attitude, demonstrating commitment to excellence and the ability to prioritise effectively.
