This role requires understanding of design principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom designs.
* Understand detailed kitchen and bathroom layouts and designs using CAD software.
* Present design concepts and modifications to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of designs.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in kitchen design and materials, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
* Prepare technical drawings and specifications for installation teams.
* Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments.
