Showroom Sales Executive – Guildford

💰 Salary & Benefits: OTE £35,500 (£27,500 base + up to £8,000 annual commission)
📍 Location: Guildford
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Hours: 09:30 – 17:30 (Sundays 10:00 – 16:00), 5 days per week on a rota, including weekends and spring/summer Bank Holidays
What you’ll do:
* Collaborate with your Manager and team to consistently hit and exceed showroom sales targets.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through a premium buying journey.
* Showcase the stunning teak furniture and outdoor living collections to their full potential.
* Become a product expert – understanding the features, benefits, and advantages of every item.
* Contribute ideas in sales meetings and play an active role in developing initiatives to drive business growth.
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven success in premium or specialist retail sales.
* A natural salesperson who can engage clients, identify needs, present solutions, and close sales confidently.
* Passionate, personable, and able to build strong relationships quickly.
* Full driving license and reliable transport essential.
