Shunter Driver
* Redcar
* £15.87 per hour
* 12 hour shifts. 4 on, 4 off pattern
* Initial 6 month contract; potential to go longer term/permanent
A Shunter Driver is required to join a company in the Redcar area. The position will be available on a long term basis of circa 6 months, with potential for a permanent position.
We welcome applicants from HGV drivers looking for an ‘onsite’ role which involves moving trailers around a large industrial site. We’re also keen to speak with people who may have no HGV experience, but hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to be trained (inhouse licence only).
Applicants must be self-motivated and must be available to work on a rotating 12 hour shift pattern. Duties may also involve assisting on other tasks such as overhead crane & plant operation (training provided).
