Job Description

Shunter Driver 

Working on a yard - private road

Class 1 

£14.00 to £15.00 per hour - weekly pay

Days Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm Friday 7am - 4pm - 44 hours per week 

Based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire 

Duties of a Shunter Driver 

Will be moving trailers around the yard 
Moving Steel
Overhead crane experience would be an advantage 
Keeping the work flow moving
Counter balance FLT licence also an advantage Experience required for a Shunter Driver 

Class one 
Minimum of 2 years driving experience 
Valid CPC 
Previous Shunter driving experience an advantage 
Construction, Transport and rail industry knowledge Details of a Shunter Driver

Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm and Friday 7am to 4pm (44 hours per week)
£14.00 to £15.00 per hour - weekly pay 
Ongoing regular work - genuine opportunity for permanent employment
