Shunter / Cleaner
Pay: £14.00
Temporary to Permanent position
Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off nights
Our client is looking to recruit a Shunter/Cleaner to join their Bus Presentation Team in Bournemouth. You will be flexible, self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative. You will also enjoy working as part of a dedicated team ensuring their buses are prepared for service.
We are looking to speak to candidates who have ideally worked within the Commercial Automotive sector or as a Valetor but we are open to speaking to candidates who are local to Bournemouth and are happy to work within a fast paced role and someone with a good eye for detail.
This role would suit someone who has worked as a Cleaner / shunter / refueler / Bus driver/ PSV Driver / Car Valeter
Duties & responsibilities of a Shunter / Cleaner:
* Moving the vehicles to different part of the depot
* Refuel the vehicles on their return to the depot
* Ensure the vehicle's interior meets our high standard of cleanliness
* Wash the vehicle exterior – using the mechanical wash
* Park the vehicle safely in the depot
Training & qualification Shunter / Cleaner:
* You must have a full drivers licence
* You must be happy to complete a drug and alcohol test
