Job Description
Shuttering Carpenter Chargehand
(Brackley, NN13, 5SA) – Fulltime
A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years
Long-term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.
PAYE basis
Pay Rate
* Rate of £21.97 per hour – First 39 hours
* Rate of £32.95 per hour – Last 11 hours
* Rate of £24.38 per hour – Average across 50 hours
On Offer:
* Monday – Friday – Flat rate for first 39 hours
* Last 11 hours is time and half pay
* Time and a half pay after 39 hours
* Lodge or Mileage paid depending on the distance
* Pension
* Training and upskilling paid for
* Safe working environment

* Secure regular income
Overtime When Available:
* Saturday – First 4 hours is time & a half – after 4 hours double time
* Sunday – Double time
Candidates must have:
* Skilled tradesperson with suitable experience in Formwork/Carpentry
* Experience in all aspects of Shuttering including reinforced concrete frames
* Ability to ensure the accuracy of the ' formwork made for the concrete pouring gangs to cast the concrete in
* Ability to make and erect formwork
* Ability to work from drawings
* CSCS Blue Card (Skilled Worker) card, having achieved or working towards NVQ/City and Guilds identifying joinery/ carpentry as a primary competence.
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* First aid at work
Preferred
* Small tools
* Manual Handling
* Driving Licence
