Job Description

2 x Shuttering Carpenters – Lambeth
Lonsite are looking for 2 experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.
Applicants must live in Lambeth.
Location: Lambeth, London
Rate: £25.50 per hour
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available
The role will involve:
  * Carrying out all aspects of formwork and shuttering carpentry
  * Constructing shutters and formwork for concrete pours
  * Working from drawings and site instructions
  * Striking formwork safely when required
  * Working closely with site management and other trades
  * Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered, you must have:
  * Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card for Formwork / Shuttering Carpentry
  * Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification in Formwork / Shuttering Carpentry
  * Previous experience working as a Shuttering Carpenter
  * Previous civils and RC frame experience
  * Ability to confidently work from drawings
  * Own hand tools
  * Ability to provide 2 recent working references
Please note: A Blue CSCS card and the relevant NVQ qualification are essential for this role.
