Shuttering / Formwork Carpenter
Location: Gatwick Airport
Rate: Competitive CIS Rates
Red Sky Personnel are seeking experienced Shuttering / Formwork Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project at Gatwick Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme with a leading UK construction company renowned for delivering complex civil engineering and structural works to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up shutters for trial pours and permanent works.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
Measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork using timber, plywood, or steel.
Ensuring formwork is level, aligned, and secure before concrete pours.
Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project timelines.
Requirements:
Valid Blue CSCS Card (Formwork or Shuttering Carpentry).
Proven track record in similar large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Eligible for a DBS check.
Right to work in the UK.
Able to obtain a Temporary Airside Pass clearance for Gatwick.
