Shuttering Joiner
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire
Rate: £23 - £25 per hour (CIS payment)
Duration: 5 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Shuttering Joiner for a long-term civil engineering project based in Hull. This is a key role on a busy site, offering consistent work for a minimum of five months.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
Constructing formwork for concrete structures including foundations, walls, and columns
Ensuring all shuttering work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and workmanship
Working closely with site engineers and other trades
Following site-specific health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a shuttering joiner on civil engineering projects
Valid CSCS card
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be reliable and punctual
Payment:
£23 - £25 per hour
Paid via CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate
