Location: Various UK Locations
Job Type: Contract (Self-Employed)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Shifts: Minimum 12 hours (day and night shifts)

Optima Plus Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our sister company, Optima Risk Management, to build a dedicated team of SIA licensed security operatives for high-profile UK events throughout Summer 2025.
We have already successfully delivered teams for the Isle of Wight Festival and Glastonbury, and we’re now looking for operatives who can commit fully to the upcoming event schedule.
🎪 Upcoming Events (You Must Be Available for ALL)

Finsbury Park Events – 4th & 5th July
*
Wireless Festival (Headlined by Drake) – 11th to 13th July
*
Latitude Festival – 24th to 27th July (plus possible additional days)
*
Reading Festival – 20th to 24th August
*
Warwick Castle Events – 29th & 30th August
❗ Operatives must commit to the entire duration of each event.
We are not looking for people who can attend just one or two events — this is a full-season opportunity.
⛺ Camping Requirement (No Exceptions)

All events are camping-based only – no hotels or off-site accommodation is provided
*
You must bring your own tent, sleeping gear, and camping equipment
*
Hot breakfast and evening meals are provided on-site
*
If you are unable or unwilling to camp, please do not apply
✅ Essential Requirements
*
Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence
*
Must be self-employed or willing to register (guidance provided)
*
Must be available for all listed dates
*
ACT Awareness Certificate (must be completed or renewed if older than 12 months)
*
Minimum 12-hour shifts per day – reliability, punctuality, and discipline are essential
*
Must be able to follow detailed instructions and event briefings accurately
