Job Description
We are currently looking for a an experienced Receptionist with facilities knowledge that holds a valid SIA license and experience using access control systems to work on our client’s site in Romford. We are currently looking for someone that feels confident to work on the ground floor of a multi let building while using access control systems and ensuring the smooth running of the building. It will be ensuring that all incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service as well as overseeing the systems.
This position is working 7am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday on an ongoing temporary basis. It will be working on an hourly rate of £15.90ph depending on experience.

SIA LICENSE REQUIRED
ACESS CONTROL SYSTEM NEEDED (Ideal if Paxton access control system used prior)
Responsibilities:
Ensure a five* service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests
Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly
Deal with any queries from occupiers and guests as well as offering assistance in resolving issues
Signing in visitors and helping with directions
Seeing tenants and guests to the available hot desks and meeting rooms
Report any relevant information and issues to Facilities Management team
Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy
Building relationships with all tenants in the building
We are looking for candidates with:
Experience working in customer facing corporate environments
Experience using access control systems (Ideally Paxton)
Excellent communication skills
IT Literate
