Role - Construction Team Administrator
Location - Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary - £45k + Car Allowance, Bonus and Package
Day to day responsibilities:
You'll manage all project documents, from drawings to contracts, keeping everything filed and easy to find
You'll be the main contact for communications, connecting your team with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
You'll support the team with handling calendars, meetings and preparing reports that help keep projects on track
You'll help with site logistics and tracking deliveries to ensure teams have the information they need, when they need it
You'll keep health and safety records up-to-date, making sure all inductions, training, and paperwork are in order for a safe workplaceKey Attributes:
Experienced in a similar role (Document Controller, Administrator, Information Coordinator)
Located in Kent and happy to travel when required
Team work is key for this role
Solid understanding of the construction environment
