We're Hiring: Site Administrator - Port of Nigg, Inverness
Join a dynamic onshore project team at the Port of Nigg as a Site Administrator supporting complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 38 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (potential for overtime with approval)
Location: Site-based - Port of Nigg, Inverness
Contract Type: 12 months rolling contract till December 2028
Rate: £19-£23/hour
What You'll Need
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience supporting complex projects - marine/operations experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to prioritise, anticipate needs, and manage multiple tasks
