Job Description

The team at Fairmead are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Site Admin for a start in the Gloucester GL1 area.

Please find below the responsibilities and duties of the Site Admin role below.

The requirements of this Site Admin will include:

  * Maintaining records and databases

  * Controlling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents

  * Minute taking at meetings

  * Communication to site – to include team bulletins and process changes

  * Complete and submit weekly timesheets to head office

  * Request and generate PO numbers for site related purchases

  * Booking and monitoring the internal Delivery Management System
