Job Description

The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the site management team by ensuring efficient operation of office systems and processes. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including completing and transferring requests for prices and orders, processing plant transfer requests, and managing delivery tickets and goods received notes. The Site Administrator is also tasked with waste management duties, such as storing and checking waste transfer notes and updating sustainability figures. Additional responsibilities include managing non-salaried payroll activities, such as checking and transferring timesheets, and assisting with site audits and occupational health checks. The role involves reception duties, stock control of PPE, managing incoming deliveries, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the site. Skills: Effective communication Good telephone manner Time management Organisational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work to deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask Experience in reception and customer service duties Software/Tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Teams Certifications & Standards: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Please send CVs to (url removed)
