Site-Based Administrator (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Location: Hassocks | Competitive Hourly Rate - £15.00 per hour PAYE | 3 Days a Week
We’re on the lookout for an organised and approachable Site Administrator to support our on-site team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a flexible part-time role (3 days per week, 8.5 paid hours per day), ideal for someone who thrives in a construction environment and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the site team
Compile packs and documentation for internal and external use
Scan, print, and log project documents using internal systems
Take notes in meetings and type up reports as required
Help keep records up to date and accurate
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction or the building industry is desirable
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised with good communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn—full training will be provided on the job
