Job Description

Job Title: Site Administrator Location: Witches Oak Water Treatment Site, Derbyshire Duration: 12–15 weeks (full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Site Administrator to join our Clients team at the Witches Oak Water Treatment site in Derbyshire. This is a fixed-term contract role, providing essential administrative support to the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Site QS, while maintaining close communication with the Document Control team based at our clients Head Office. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day administrative support to site management. * Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining accurate site records. * Liaise with the Document Control team to ensure compliance with company procedures. * Coordinate site communications and support internal reporting requirements. * Support the preparation of project documentation, timesheets, and other records as required. * Act as a central point of contact for site-based administrative queries. Requirements * Previous administrative experience in a construction or engineering environment (desirable). * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must hold a valid EUSR Water Industry Registration Card (Blue Card) or CSCS Card.
