Site Agent
As a Site Agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
You will be responsible for the delivery of various projects to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.
If you have experience of the direct delivery of large diameter clean water pressure pipelines / connection details including commissioning, streetworks, ITPs and checking quality on site. Temporary works implementation / selection and coordination. Management of health and safety. Supervision of site work to ensure compliance with health, safety, environment. Issuing permits to dig / service avoidance.
Proficient in Microsoft office. Management of NEC contract (EWN/CE), cost, forecast, programme, subcontractors. Managing design inputs to ensure constructability. Managing clients and stakeholders. Managing a team on site with direct reports and the direct delivery workforce.
Required skills - SMSTS, NRSWA, TWC/TWS
Desirable - Service Avoidance, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Confined spaces.
