Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major heavy civils project in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role on a complex infrastructure scheme with a well-established civil engineering contractor. The position is offered Outside IR35 and is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
*
Overseeing site teams, engineers, and subcontractors
*
Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate delivery of works
*
Monitoring progress, cost, and quality performance
*
Producing reports, method statements, and risk assessments
*
Liaising closely with clients, project managers, and design teams
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent on heavy civil engineering or infrastructure projects
*
Strong technical understanding of earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete structures
*
Civil Engineering degree or HNC/HND equivalent
*
CSCS card and SMSTS certification
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Duration: 12 months (potential extension)
*
Rate: £450 – £520 per day (DOE)

Location: Exeter

Start: Immediate
