Freelance Site Agent – Highways (Nights)
📍 Boston, Lincolnshire
💼 Freelance (CIS or Ltd)
📅 14-16 weeks (night shifts)
💷 Competitive night shift rate
An experienced Freelance Site Agent is required for a highways improvement scheme in Boston, working night shifts.
The role will involve managing junction improvement works including drainage and surfacing within a live highway environment.
Scope of Works
* Managing highways junction improvement works on night shifts
* Overseeing drainage, surfacing and associated civils works
* Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
* Managing RAMS, permits and traffic management
* Liaison with engineers, stakeholders and delivery teams
* Site reporting, record keeping and handovers
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways schemes
* Strong background in highways, drainage and surfacing works
* Experience working in live traffic environments
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
