The Role
As Site Agent, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day execution of civil engineering activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating all site activities
Leading site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Managing site documentation, permits, and reporting
Liaising with the client, engineers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
Strong knowledge across all aspects of civils works, including:
Earthworks
Drainage
Reinforced Concrete structures
Foundations
Utilities
Roads and infrastructure
Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
CSCS Card (essential)
