Job Title: Site Agent - Bridge Bearing Replacement Scheme

Location: Lymm, Warrington

Salary: £400-£425 per day (depending on experience)

Role Highlights & Packages:

12-month contract

Start date: Early September 2026

Working on the National Highways SDF Framework

Long-term opportunity with consistent work

Primarily day shifts with weekend working as required

Local candidates only (within one hour of Lymm)

No digs, accommodation, or travel expenses provided

Role Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Site Agent to oversee the delivery of a major Bridge Bearing Replacement Scheme in Lymm, Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile National Highways project offering 12 months of continuous work. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

SMSTS

Valid CSCS Card

First Aid Certificate

Temporary Works qualification

Proven National Highways experience (essential)

Bridge bearing replacement or bridge works experience (highly desirable)

Strong leadership and programme management skills

Must live within one hour of Lymm, Warrington

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day delivery of bridge bearing replacement works

Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors

Ensure all works comply with National Highways standards and project specifications

Oversee health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance

Manage temporary works requirements and site documentation

Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders

Drive programme performance and ensure works are completed on schedule
