Job Description
Our client, is a leading civil engineering main contractor, and is seeking a Freelance Site Agent to manage the delivery of a complex infrastructure and civils package on water scheme in Oldham, this project is running for 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec
*
Drive progress in line with programme and reporting requirements
*
Manage site documentation, HSEQ compliance, and RAMS
*
Liaise with design, commercial, and planning teams
*
Support snagging, QA, and client handover stages
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Site Agent on civils or infrastructure projects
*
Strong knowledge of managing civil engineering projects ranaging from £3 million to £20 million.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
*
Confident communicator and strong leadership on site
*
Able to start immediately or at short notice
