Job Description
Site Agent - Letchworth - Utilities
We are partnering with a ‘cradle to grave’ project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Site Agent to aid with their development in Letchworth.
Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Delivery:
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and safety protocols are met in collaboration with a SHEA Gas-certified delivery partner.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with SHEA Gas safety standards and industry regulations, conducting regular site audits and promoting a positive HSEQ culture on site.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, delivery partners, and local authorities to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Programme Management & Reporting:
Monitor progress against the construction programme, update project documentation, and provide accurate reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Resource & Cost Control:
Manage site resources efficiently, control costs, and assist in procurement to ensure the project is delivered within budget and on schedule.
Requirements
Must be SHEA GAS certified
Must have previous Civils/Utilities experience
Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
