Site Agent – Renewables Projects (Scotland)
The Opportunity
I’m working with a leading Scottish civil engineering contractor that has a strong pipeline of work in the renewable energy sector. They’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to take ownership of project delivery across major renewable infrastructure works — think wind, solar, and other low-carbon projects driving Scotland’s net zero transition.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and leading site operations on renewable energy projects.
* Driving safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
* Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Overseeing programme, budget, and quality control.
* Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Bringing technical input and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Site Agent (or a Senior Engineer ready to step up) in civil engineering.
* Background in renewables or energy infrastructure is ideal, but not essential.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
* HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
