Our client, a leading provider of civil engineering and infrastructure is seeking a dynamic Site Agent to join their team on the high-profile Sizewell C project in Suffolk. This permanent role involves taking charge of organising works, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate will drive the project to completion on time and within budget, managing contractors to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising works and overseeing project execution
Ensuring health & safety standards are met
Managing project to completion on time and within budget
Overseeing contractors to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are met
Producing Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implementing safe systems of work
Managing and mitigating safety, quality, and environmental issues
Job Requirements:
Experience working on Civils projects
Proven technical and project management abilities
Strong organisational and management skills
Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
Ability to produce Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets
Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
