Job Description
Our client based on the outskirts of Bedford are currently recruting for a site agent/caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis. The hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility maybe required). An enhanced DBS is essential as you would be working with young adults.
The role will involve:-
* Undertaking basic repairs
* Ensuring the site is secure
* Supervising cleaning and waste disposal
* Performing routine maintenance checks
* Co-ordinating with external contractors
Required for the role:-
* Valid Enhanced DBS
* Transport due to location
* Physically fit
