Overview:
We are recruiting experienced Site Agents and Sub-Agents for upcoming substation and cabling contracts across the North and West of Scotland.
We’re seeking individuals with a strong background in civil engineering who are confident leading site teams, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub-Agent on civil engineering projects
* Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
* SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
Package & Contract Options:
* Permanent employment with a well-established civil engineering contractor
* Self-employed / freelance contractors also welcomed
* Very good remuneration package
* Ongoing pipeline of work across Scotland
