Site Co-Ordinator
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum, £32,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Are you experienced in dealership logistics and ready to take charge of a busy site? We're recruiting a Site Co-Ordinator to oversee the logistics operations at a very busy site for a well renowned, nationwide company with an excellent reputation.

Manage the day-to-day logistics of the site including car park operations, vehicle movements, and transport coordination.
Liaise with fleet departments and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
Maintain site standards and ensure vehicles are displayed and prepared to a high standard.
Support dealership operations with system updates and accurate record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless experience.Site Co-Ordinator Requirements:
Previous experience working in or around a vehicle dealership is essential
Strong background in fleet logistics, transport coordination, or site operations
Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with dealership systems
Outstanding communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
