Site Delivery Officer
Location: Ansell Way, CV34 4UL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 25.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and landowners to ensure comprehensive development and coordinated infrastructure provision.
Monitor financial agreements to ensure timely payments and availability of infrastructure funds.
Coordinate with infrastructure providers to understand and plan for development needs.
Work with planning officers to negotiate and justify financial contributions for major projects.
Align council interests across departments and support land acquisition aspirations.
Ensure the Infrastructure Delivery Plan aligns with major site strategies.
Stay informed about funding opportunities and manage funding bids.
Maintain a viability model to support negotiation processes with up-to-date data.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Degree or equivalent qualification.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or equivalent.
Extensive experience in planning and delivering major sites.
Understanding of development viability and planning legislation.
Proficiency with complex spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive and access to a car.
