Job Description

My client is a leading demolition contractor who is currently recruiting for an experienced Demolition Site Engineer to join a 12-month project.

You will be responsible for managing all setting out and engineering duties associated with demolition and rcframe works on a busy site.

Demolition Site Engineer Responsibilities:

  * Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager

  * Setting out and overseeing demolition and tempory works

  * Ensuring site set-up is compliant with health and safety regulations

  * Preparing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)

  * Raising and managing technical queries related to structural and design issues

  * Monitoring site progress and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently

Demolition Site Engineer Requirements:

  * Valid CSCS card

  * Proven experience in demolition or rc frame projects

  * Experience with setting out and site coordination

  * Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or relevant on-site experience in the UK

  * Strong understanding of health & safety and demolition processes
