Job Description

Site Engineer - Warwickshire - £430/day (Inside IR35) - 8 Month Contract (Extension Likely) 
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract with strong potential for extension, working across earthworks, drainage, and roadworks packages.

Role Overview

As Site Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of works on site, ensuring accuracy in setting out and compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site setting out for earthworks, drainage, and roadworks
Requesting and managing permits to dig
Interpreting drawings and raising Field Change Requests (FCRs) where required
Supporting and managing QA processes, including: 
Raising non-conformities
Attending inspections
Maintaining quality records
Reviewing site diaries
Assisting with and maintaining 6-12 week lookahead programmes
Ensuring works are delivered in line with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements (Essential)

Valid CSCS Card
Proven experience in civil engineering projects (earthworks, drainage, roadworks)
Strong setting out capability

Desirable

SSSTS / SMSTS certification
CAT & Genny trained

Contract Details

Location: Warwickshire
Rate: £430 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 8 months minimum
Start: ASAP
Hours: 40 per week
