Job Description

Site Engineer – Highways (Bypass Scheme) – Manchester

  * Location: Manchester

  * Project: Major bypass scheme (highways infrastructure)

  * Duration: 12 months

  * Start Date: 20th April

  * Rate: £350 – £420 per shift

Key Responsibilities:

  * Setting out for earthworks, drainage, and road construction

  * QA, inspections, and ITPs

  * As-built surveys and documentation

  * Working closely with site management and subcontractors

Requirements:

  * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways or major civils schemes

  * Strong setting out experience (GPS/Total Station)

  * CSCS card (essential)

  * SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
