We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Site Engineer to join our growing residential construction team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments, ensuring engineering works are completed safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications and programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Setting out for residential housing developments, including roads, foundations, drainage, and infrastructure.
* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
* Conducting site surveys and producing accurate records.
* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining site documentation.
* Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, utility providers, and design teams.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
* Monitoring progress against project programmes and reporting to senior management.
