Job Description

Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer – Ealing

We are currently recruiting an experienced Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer for a groundworks project in Ealing

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out accurate setting out and surveying for groundworks and RC Frame including basement construction.

  * Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate site records.

  * Assist with the supervision and coordination of subcontractors on site.

  * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

  * Valid CSCS Card.

  * Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Engineering Surveyor.

  * Minimum 3 years' UK in RC Frame & Groundworks, including Basement Construction.

  * Competent in using Leica TS15/16 total station.

  * Proficient with surveying instruments and experienced in setting out.

  * Good understanding of method statements, risk assessments, QA procedures, and site documentation.

  * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Rates are open to negotiation depending on experience.
