Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential Groundworks
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Company Van
Rota: Full Time – Days
Location: Peterborough (covering surrounding sites)
Are you a Site Engineer with a solid civils or groundworks background? This is your chance to join a growing business delivering residential infrastructure across the Eastern Counties. If you’re confident on-site and ready to take ownership of multiple projects – we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities for the Site Engineer:
* Overseeing setting out, surveying, and technical delivery of residential groundwork projects
* Working closely with site managers and subcontractors to keep progress on track
* Ensuring quality control and H\&S standards are upheld
* Managing site documentation and reporting in line with project requirements
* Providing hands-on engineering support across multiple live sites

What you’ll need:
*Solid experience as a Site Engineer in residential groundworks or civils is essential – no exceptions.

* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable working across multiple live sites
