Site Engineer – Permanent Opportunity
Bathgate & Wester Hailes
£55,000k-£58,000k plus company car/car allowance, PHI, 31 days holiday, pension 10% employer and 3% employee
Mon–Thurs: 8am–4pm | Fri: Early finish at 1pm
Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking for long-term stability and the opportunity to work with a respected and self-sufficient contractor? We’re partnering with a well-established construction business with a long track record of delivering high-quality housing and commercial developments across Central Scotland.

What you’ll be doing:
Setting out plots for housing projects across sites in Bathgate and Wester Hailes
Using a total station to ensure accuracy across groundwork and build stages
Collaborating with site management, trades, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What you’ll need:
Previous experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally within residential or general construction
Competency in using total stations
A current CSCS card
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
