The Opportunity
We’ve got the green light to hire four experienced Site Engineers to join a major heavy civils programme in the Midlands — and we’re moving fast.
This is your chance to work on pumping station works and reinforced concrete (RC) structures with guaranteed longevity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the site team with the delivery of heavy civils and RC structure packages
Setting out, surveying, and ensuring accurate dimensional control
Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the programme on track
Maintaining site records, ITPs, and quality documentation
Contributing to HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement
Getting stuck into solving technical challenges — this is no clipboard-only role
What You’ll Need
Minimum 4 years of civil engineering site experience (hands-on essential)
Proven background in reinforced concrete and/or pumping station works
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or civils projects
Strong setting-out and surveying skills (EDM, GPS, AutoCAD etc.)
Confident communicator — you can liaise up and down the chain with ease
Nice to Have
SMSTS or SSSTS
First Aid
Temporary Works knowledge
Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related discipline
