Contract Scotland is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Temporary Site Engineer to support ongoing infrastructure works in the Inverness area. This is an immediate requirement with a minimum duration of 3 months, offering the opportunity to step into a key role overseeing Graduate Engineers on a busy site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of Graduate Engineers on site
Provide technical guidance and ensure accurate setting out and site controls
Liaise with site management to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain quality assurance processes and site documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally with supervisory responsibility
Strong working knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment (in use on site)
CSCS card
Ability to manage a small team and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
Please note: This is a PAYE-only contract, in line with the client’s tax requirements.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer who enjoys mentoring junior staff and ensuring high standards on site.
