Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Site Facilities Assistant– The Role:
The Site Facilities Assistant supports the functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the site through hands-on maintenance and upkeep. This includes grounds maintenance, basic DIY, cleaning, and supporting the wider Facilities team to ensure a high standard of service across the site.
This is a varied and active role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a supportive team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient site environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the smooth running of a busy facility.
Site Facilities Assistant– Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain site grounds, including gardening and yard tidying
- Clear drains and perform gritting
- Assist with office and furniture moves
- Perform basic DIY and painting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of plant rooms
- Conduct basic facilities checks
- Operate a forklift truck
- Clean interior factory areas and maintain site signage
- Carry out WC drainage works
Site Facilities Assistant– You:
- You bring practical experience in site maintenance and a proactive, hands-on approach
- You are a reliable team player with good communication and coordination skills
- A valid FLT licence
- A clean driving licence
- Basic health and safety knowledge (IOSH training will be provided)
- A willingness to support a wide range of facilities tasks
