Site Financial Controller | Manufacturing | Preston £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid Working | Qualified or QBE
Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? We’re recruiting a Site Financial Controller to lead financial operations at a key production site. This is a hands-on role with real influence, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
Whether you're fully qualified or qualified by experience, if you bring strong accounting knowledge and a proactive mindset, this could be your next big move.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights.
Manage CAPEX and support investment decisions.
Act as a trusted business partner to site leadership, identifying risks and opportunities.
Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting.What We’re Looking For
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
Proven experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Costing experience will be a distinct advantage
Excellent communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach.What’s on Offer
