Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Fitter to join our clients team, the successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, assembling, and installing steelwork, pipework, and associated equipment.
Up to £17.50ph + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday - Friday (days only, 37.5 hours pw)
Location: This role is site-based and requires travel to customer sites

Overtime paid at 1.5x basic rate
*
Company vehicle provided, can be used for personal use
*
Fuel card and expenses paid
*

Key Responsibilities:
*
Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
*
Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble structural steel and plate components.
*
Carry out welding and fabrication tasks to high standards on site.
*
Install and repair pipework systems.
*
Safely operate site machinery, hand tools, power tools and welding equipment.
*
Ensure all work is completed to specification, quality, and tolerance requirements.
*
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
*
Support site supervisors and contract managers with project delivery.
*
Assist with general site mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
*
Recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Qualification.
*
Strong background in welding, fabrication and mechanical fitting.
*
Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
Desirable:
*
CSCS Card.
*
Confined Spaces Certification.
*
CPCS/NPORS tickets.
*
Additional site-related qualifications (e.g., IPAF, PASMA, Compex).
