Job Description
Construction Company specialising in fast track refurbishment works for the hospitality and educational sector.
Looking for experienced Site Foreman to carry out a vast selection of projects ranging from £10,000 to £1,000,000 lasting from a few weeks to several months.
Role involves liaising with Project Contracts Manager, clients, labour on site, our buyers and drivers - as well as dealing with the day to day issues on site.
A strong trade background in Carpentry is preferred along with excellent Health and Safety knowledge.
Ideal applicants based South East - London area and willing to travel South East and London sites.
Key Qualifications:
CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS and other relevant qualifications required
